76 evinrude running good, tilt motor to change prop. Now it won't fire, and #2 cylinder has milky color on plug/ power head after cranking over w plug out. Help please
Motor was running on portable or internal boat's built tank to check if fuel is already contaminated with water? Aside from a milky color, does plug tip shows signs of rust (brown color) ? If so, suspect water intrusion inside combustion chamber due to a faulty cylinder head, exhaust gasket or out of factory torque specs ?
