water in exhaust valves

Just pulled my motor to change out oil pan. Decided to pull the 4 year old risers and manifolds to take a peek while it was out. The motor has been running fine all season. When I pulled the risers and spacers off, I could see water in the manifold pockets on the middle cylinders on both sides, water had also entered those exhaust valves.
Did the acetone check on both riser and manifold, both checked out fine, and they look good too.
Gasket surfaces appear fine as well. Didn't really shake the motor much when pulling it, but didn't drain it until it was out.
Any idea if I have a problem or not?

If you did not drain the manifolds and risers first and removed the risers, most likely that is where the water came from.

I drained all the water before dissasembling. I have a bunch of leaky exhaust valves. Is it possible they could be creating a vacuum, and pulling water back down?

Could just be condensation, thats why the new dry-joint manifolds have a dam built into the gasket...
