My 90 hp 4 stroke starts and runs good until you throtle back to idle. When you throtle up again it misses and then runs good. I removed the # 4 spark plug and about a 1/4 cup of water came out. What do you think?

That's a lot of water! Better oil up that cylinder real good and get it to a dealer!

You may have a blown head gasket, leaking exhaust manifold or something actually cracked which is allowing water in the cylinder.

At any rate, don't run it like that anymore or it'll lead to the motor's destruction!
