First off thanks to everyone who's been helping me with everything.

I have a 2004 Mercury 60hp 4 Stroke.
Water spits a little out the peep hole then stops...

A) I hooked a hose to the pee hole to flush it and water comes out the bottom like it should.

B) I replaced the rubber impeller as well.

I assume its plugged up somewhere. "Like I said, seems to flush out going from the pee hole to the water intake..."
Any idea where to start looking? Is there a common place on these engines that it may plug up? Any ideas on how to flush other then the hose I've already done?
btw: I used salt away already as well....

Thanks for your help.

Pull lower unit and attack a drill to the drive shaft put in bucket turn on drill water should bubble up and out of pump. Make sure lu is deep in the water when testing. Has this motor been in salt water? Good luck if it has. Few people flush the salt out correctly.

How was the water pressure before you replaced the impeller? Are you able to run the motor in a tank of water instead of the muffs?
