Water discharge

I have a 2003 yamaha 130 txrb. I realized that water coming out of the water per hole seems to be not quite as strong as in the past. In neutral it seems to be weak but in drive it seems fine. When I hook up the garden hose to flush the engine through the bottom of the cowling it also seems weak but my marina was just renovated so i don't know if thats because the water pressure isn't as strong as last year. What could I check out to see what could be causing this? Also what route does the water take when flushing the hose attachment on the bottom of the cowling? Does anyone have a diagram of the route the water takes or can you explain it.thank you

Replace the impeller

Ditto. The impeller requires replacing on a fairly regular basis, so start there. It's a relatively inexpensive maintenance item.
