Yea, you better check those ujoints after running it full tilt like that. I toasted mine last year after getting into a bay with seaweed so thick u could walk on it. Had to run it almost full tilt to get out, & wrecked my ujoints & gimbal bearing. Also, when running on muffs, don't crank the spigot up full or you stand a chance of blowing a seal from too much water pressure.

I don't think you can give an OMC too much water pressure. They suck it in, and blow out what they don't need. And they want more than 12 gallons per minute.
