Water captured forward, water-logged foam

Looking for advice on fixing my Wellcraft 2400S Eclipse's weight forward issue.
The boat seems to have sat on its cradle in a slight nose down position for too long and water has invaded the forward half with no drainage to the rear. I have tried a fish tape from the stern thru the centerline drain to clear any blockage but got nothing at all. I cut in a 10 x 20 inch inspection panel in the walkway between the windshields and removed the foam down to the inner hull. While it was damp, it wasn't water logged enough to explain the weight and there is a small bung hole at the bottom of this new compartment that shows to the foam below-which I believe is waterlogged. The deck section showed heavy water saturation in half of it and the other half solid and dry.

Short of cutting out the entire forward deck are there any ideas out there to rid the water? I have a golden rod trying desperately to move some of the damp air down there, but that ain't gonna do it.
Thanks to any posts in reply,

Although I can't advise as to removal, it is my understanding that you can't dry out wet foam.
