Want to install carpet...

I have a Lowe Roughneck 1860 VTC, and want to install carpet on the floor/decks to help with comfort, noise and heat. My questions are: 1. Do I need to use plywood since my floor is already flat aluminum? 2. Are there any good camo carpets on the market? 3. How would I ensure decent water drain since my floor drain is behind my center console? This boat has turned into our pleasure/hunting/fishing boat now that our kids are out of the house. No more skiing/wakeboarding for us since our dogs don't legally count as spotters; so we're selling the ski boat. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
