Want to change to hydraulic steering. Which to use?

Hi - I am currently replacing the floor and stringers on an older (1981) 19' Seaway center console and I want to install hydraulic steering. I am wondering what system I should use. The engine is a 60 Mercury Bigfoot. While I realize that hydraulic steering is overkill for a rig this size, I want to do it anyway. Any thoughts? Suggestions? Thanks in advance for your help.

Baystar is the way to go and it's under $500.00 for the set-up..
