Could be, but Volvo never used Chrysler engines. What kind of boat is it? And year?

its a 78 greww 195ss with a chrysler engin and vp250 out drive

I know nothing about them, but they may have done similar to Glastron and used engines of their choice but bought outdrives from Volvo. I recall a post earler about Chrysler using Volvo drives.

No, we can still help, it's just going to be a bit more photos and not parts lists. You have the 2 piece type flywheel cover, and the part with the bearing/s is Volvo and was also used on Ford and Chevy engines. Just have no clue if you have a 1 or 2 bearing type. Probably 2 bearing, as I'm not sure there ever was a single bearing on that type housing.
