Volvo Penta Starter Solenoid Wiring

I just purchased a new solenoid, but didn't make note of the wiring before removing the old one. Does anyone know which wires go to the two small posts? Which post does the purple wire go to?

I have a bad solenoid, can you replace the Solenoid without replaceing the Starter?
