Volvo penta outboard

I found this Volvo Penta outboard. It says sail 90 on the side it's on the smaller side (between 9 & 20hp) and it's a long shaft. I don't know anything else about the motor. I know Volvo penta makes stern drives and inboards.
Anyone know about this weird outboard?

Never heard of one but would love to see some pics. "sail 90" is not much of a clue.
