Hi, new to the forum. I've seen similar posts, but nothing that seems to fit what i'm looking for so I'm going to add to the stalling posts. I have a 2005 Stingray with a Volvo Pent GLP3-C. When I punch it to accelerate, it bogs down and will stall (would die if i let it). If i punch it again, it typically will work. We have rebuilt the carb and replaced the plugs. Kind of out of ideas. On one post I saw the Seafoam recommendation, so i will try that next. Not sure if this could be a timing module problem? Would appreciate any ideas. Boat is great for tubing right now, but worthless for skiing!! :)

Thanks!

Sounds like the accelerator pump isn't in right?
Couldn't find GLP3-C in the Volvo line up. You sure of the #?

Yes, sorry, got a little "3" happy. It's a GLP-. The timing module was the next guess, just not sure what component to order. Been researching that that last day.
