Volvo outdrive water exhaust

I have a volvo outdrive behind a merc 4cyl in a Crestliner fishing boat. The boat is new to me and when running on muffs I have almost all water dumping where it meets the transom, I think that is normal, idle exhaust ports? But I also have water almost spraying forward where the lower unit bolts on and some coming from a hole between the bolts holding the lower unit on. Also no water through prop at idle but I think that’s normal. Exhaust manifold and head are cold so I’m sure I have good engine flow. It has a external water pump. I’m just worried about water getting into the lower unit. Thanks in advance .

Pull the drive and replace the O-ring at bottom of your pivot shaft

The whole drive needs to come off or the lower unit? Sorry if that’s not correct terminology.

Where I have the front arrow in this pic it’s spraying out. If that’s normal then good news. Thanks.

Looks normal to me...just the water coming out the idle ports. Video might be helpful.
