Hi, I have a Chris Craft 300 with 2 Volvo 5.7gxi, no problems with one of them, but the other after running 3 min at 3.5k, becomes into protection mode going to idle, as it was overheating. The temperature Gage neve went higher than 175. I changed the impeller, the thermostat, and the problem persists. I took off the thermostat and ran the engine without it, the temperature never got higher than 100, but it wen to idle anyways, can anybody help me with this?
