Sinatra, Elvis, and Bocelli (early prediction) in that order.

Worst? Rod Stewart, Michael Bolton, and that guy from Pearl Jam. Not to mention Tiny Tim.

Nat "King" Cole.

Like the rest, my "all time" is limited to what I remember, but my memories cover a lot more time than most. :D

Ditto JB. "Silky Smooth" is the term that comes to mind. His daughter ain't no slouch in the vocal dept either.

Vince Gill (personal favorite for a high tenor)
John Denver (I like his "smooth" voice plus he sings a lot of "feel good" songs)

I like Jim Reeves, Nat King Cole, Brook Benton, Sam Cook, and Marvin Gaye, But my all time Male Vocalist is definitely the late Luther Vandross.

If you are going to limit it to genre how about Eddy Arnold. From a sales standpoint he ranks at the top. Jim Reeves and Eddy were very similar in style and delivery.

Eddie Arnold was western to me no limits. as far as im concerned you either got SMOOTH or you dont Eddie, Nat, and Jim got it, Mic Jagger dont.
Now this Luther Vandross fella Im not sure about, he used to do remakes of Jimmy Rogers songs didnt he? ;) :p :p
I had to make it be male vocalist or someone would have thrown in the "Chicks" and I didnt want to go through that again.

Sinatra, Dean Martin and Michael Buble are pretty close in my book.
