vip vision where is fuse box

I have an 89 vision 1700 I can find the fuse box anywhere. Nav lights and bildge pump not working and think that it might be a fuse but have looked and cant find a fuse box on the boat have tried to find a manual online but can't find that either. Sorry first boat just recently purchased.

Many boats have fuses on the circuit right at the panel above the switch. Boat is 24 years old so it may have been tinkered with and rewired, who knows.
