Hi every one I have a 1990 VIP fish and ski I just bought as a project boat boat is actually in pretty good shape replacing all the plywood floor and carpet most of fiberglass deck is in good shape although there is one stinger that's a little weak on each end and foam was water logged just on that side since the stinger is in decent shape can I jus reinforce stringer and glass it and spray new foam ??? And also transom appears to be in pretty good shape.. from in side there's a little spot about a 4" tall and 8" wide on plywood on tramsome that's a little soft can I just cut 1" plywood to fit whole inside of tramsome and glass it in?. The boat is just gonna be a little river Fisher wanting a bigger salt water boat so wasn't wanting to spend a but load on this any answers will be really helpful thank yall ?
