vintage remote spot light

I have a 19' 1979 Century 185. It has a Chrome spotlight mounted on the bow which is remotely controlled by a cable attached to a knob next to the steering wheel. Does anyone know where I might look for a new control cable? It is broke in the middle and doesnt work. I've been searching all over and cant seem to find one. The only information I have is there is number B5400 behind the bulb on the spotlight.
