Video edit software

Guys, I got my digital video camera working great.

Problem is, the videos are about 50-150 MB.

Any software (windows media player maybe) that can reduce the size to 5mb or less? So I can e-mail it.

Another iboater sent me this link. Looks like a pretty good program, but like most everything else, Windows Vista won't run it right.

it's really designed to convert a entire video file to a different size/format and not to edit one.
