Video Converter and/or Editor

Hey,

I need a good Windows program that will convert short Quicktime .MOV files to another format, most likely .AVI or preferrably .MPG

If it also does basic editing, all the better.

Inexpensively priced, or better yet, free.

SUPER will convert most anything.
