Very Disappointed, Thoughts

I am very sad and disappointed as I opened my box with my new boat cover. I visited with Jaycee Roark about placing an order for my new Lund 1775 Pro V SE with double windshields. I also have a Ulterra trolling motor on the left side. After visiting with Jaycee about all the specif about my boat in order to make sure I ordered the correct one I purchased the one she recommended only to have it delivered and not even come slightly close to fitting. This thing is way off on size. I was told that it would fit over both windshields and over the front of my boat with this trolling motor mounted and that it would be reinforced over both of the windshields and the back corners and over the trolling motor area to improve the life of the cover. The cover I received only had reinforced areas over the back and over the driver’s windsyield, nothing over the passenger windshield or trolling motor.

plus it didn't even come close to fitting. I also didnt receive any of the 12 straps that I was told was included or the vent pole that I was told I needed since this cover wouldn’t come with any vents, which it did. What do you guys think? Any opin?

I'll be honest, I don't know why you're even telling any of us. They obviously either sent you the wrong one or didn't follow through correctly on your order.

Call the lady, tell her that you will ship it back on their nickel, and ask her to read all of the specs to you before promising to expedite the manufacture and shipping of the correct cover.

Businesses make mistakes all of the time. This isn't news. What would benefit the community is hearing how they handle this mistake. Do they have good customer service or bad service?

Why are you even posting this? They sent you the wrong cover, return it for a new cover or a refund. I have no idea what your point or purpose is with this post. This makes 0 sense. Trolling?
