Post a picture of the exhaust ports on both heads and exhaust manifolds. You definitely have water intrusion to the combustion chamber from somewhere, almost every time it's from leaking exhaust

Other pictures don't give definitive proof of water intrusion but can really only see intake ports in provided photos, need to see exhaust ports on heads and manifolds

Here are the exhaust ports. Dont worry, im not using the Hoppes 9 on the heads. Lol

I'm not seeing anything there either, how about the exhaust manifolds?

Agree, surprisingly clean exhaust considering the water damge noted in the combustion chamber.

Possible cracked heads, failing head gaskets, intake gaskets, or intake manifold. These scenarios are less likely than exhaust leaking especially with the widespread evidence.

look up inside the heads around where the exhaust valve stem goes through , use a probe and poke around a bit to see if there are any weak areas into the water jacket. .
defiantly some steam cleaning o=going on in that motor.

Yep those manifolds look like new. Get the heads checked out (magnafluxed). Clean and examine all sealing surfaces

My pleasure & good luck with it!
Got it all put back together! Started up on the first crank after I set the choke. I didnt launch it yet, but ran the motor at different RPMs on the trailer and got it up to temp. Sounds awesome. Hope to get it on the water this week. Thanks again Lou!

Looks and sounds great.
The 4.3 is a great engine for do it yourselfers. Simple, parts are inexpensive, and as long as you keep on top of certain things they last.
At the end of your season, consider doing an oil analysis, that will tell you if everything is OK as far as wear metals and no water in the motor oil.
