V-4 no charge

I have a 1992 90HP V-4 that won't charge. Have checked the voltage on the terminal strip and all I have is battery voltage. Anybody have any magic on a good place to start?

i would say rectifier. it converts the AC current produced by the stator, to DC current and charges the battery.
