USPS, How does this even happen. Comical

I placed an order from a company in Kentucky, I live in Pennsylvania. The last place it was seen was a post office in North Carolina.

you should see my overseas shipments thru Fed-Ex...29 out of 31 shipments required no less than 4 hours of phone calls to get the package to get released from Memphis.

Had a similar thing happen a couple of months ago. Package went back and forth between Elkhart and South Bend IN twice.

I had a package depart from northern NJ to come to Central NJ... it ended up in Connecticut and took about a week to receive, bouncing through 2 regional centers.

FedEx has yet to deliver me a package on time, undamaged or at all. UPS is surprisingly decent for me.
