Used pontoon puchase?... what should I look for in this one?

Looking at a used 2006 Premier PTX tomorrow and need your help to know specific things to look for. I have never owned a boat nor pontoon.

It is NOT in the water, and won't be tomorrow. I am sure they can put it in in the future, but they don't have a trailer ATM to move it. So this 'look' will be purely without driving it at this point.

Things I know about:
Used bank repo been out of the water for 18 mo.
25' Grand Majestic
225 Suzuki OB

What sort of things should I look for while it is out of the water?

I am going to test a 2008 25' with same engine. Hopefully it will give me a little understanding of the boat compared to my purposes.

count on having the engine service before use, do it it sitting up for 18 months. have them start the motor on muffs.
