RPJS,<br /><br />Interesting.<br /><br />From what I've gathered, our US media has basically said that Mr. Blair won-BUT.<br /><br />They feel compelled to always add the BUT because his margin wasn't as big as before and some of his party seats were lost.<br /><br />In my book, he either won or he didn't. And, he clearly won.<br /><br />One has to remember that the US media coined the phrase on our last election: "he doesn't have a mandate". That phrase was immediately adopted by our Democrats. Regardless of the fact that thier last president-Bill Clinton-had less than 43% of the vote. It only works one way in some folks book.<br /><br />As far as the the Iraq effort goes, I kind of thought so.
