Hey guys just after some advice as to at what stage do you REALLY need to replace the mid section upper mounting bolts. I can't quite tell if the nut is really corroded or was just thin to begin with. Would this be safe to use still? The rest of the outboard doesn't show much corrosion at all and I know it's typical of these bolts to be corroded just haven't seen them like this before

Time to do some work and install stainless nut / bolt.----This could turn into a nightmare I think.

Tough one from the chair.

Penetrating oil, heat and time and out it comes. Very common issue.

Or....just run it. I believe it's safe for now. (Refer to the first line)
