Updating transom bracket/swivel assembly - 76 evinrude 75 hp

Hi all.
I was wondering if anyone knew whether the transom bracket on a 1976 evinrude 75 can be updated to a newer model year to take advantage of the newer tilt/trim units?

The mounts have to be done anyways and it has to come apart so I figured I’d ask the question.

I have had limited success with searching part numbers

Thank you - I never would of thought of doing that. I assumed incorrectly that the powerhead would somehow interfere with the newer cowl/cowl pan and be incompatible that fashion. I’m glad I asked the question.
