Well i had posted about running my 1975 85 hp evinrude out of oil. i finaly got a compression tester and went to test but the motor wouldnt crank more than three times and would lock up so no luck there. i have bled the fule line from the tank and mixed the gas/oil. i also put oil in the pistonsto lube them up. Any other suggestions on what to do

Not much else you can do with it (other than start tearing it apart). If it's locking up, there's something broken inside, probably a ring.
