hello i have a 91 v4 115 evenrude i also have a 140 johnson that does not run can i put the 140s carbs on a 115 and is there any hp changes or is it a waste of time
you won't see much change, maybe a bit more fuel usage. There is more to increasing HP than just the carbs. Inlet bypass covers, ports, exhaust tuners etc....
