Unadjuable timing

I've got a 94 Bayliner jazz that seems to be 180 out on timing when u try to adjust timing no matter where u move the adjustment screw and TDC is on back of engine

Check flywheel key.

What engine are you dealing with?
Brand, year model, horse power?
Are you checking the timing at the top (number 1) plug?

Are you checking the timing at the top (number 1) plug?

Likely the 90 HP Force (or the 120)
