Found new boat that I really like except some of the interior accents due to it being associated with neighboring state colors. no upholstery shops open today. Anyone have any idea what it would cost to have a pro replace all the yellow in this picture with a different color? I would do leg work of removing panels.

If the Other white upholstery is all in good shape an can be reused and You do all the take off an put back on work and purchase all the materials...and all the upholsterer has to do is the patterning an the stitching then I suspect you could get it done for $500 ballpark???

I was thinking a tad more depending on how busy the shop is. Its not the slow season, and some wont want to make $200 on a 500 job instead of 1K+ on a 2500+ job, unless you dont mind waiting a while....

Its kind of difficult to give you a good number... If I were to do it..., you bring me all the pieces and install when done, Im thinking in the 5-800 $ range....depending on how fast you want it. I would suggest live with it till fall/early winter. Check your local pro stitch shop and see what they say. You can also check craigs list in your area, see if you can find a guy like myself and others on the forum that do upholstery work on the side.

When I say tear out I also mean using a seam ripper to rip out the seams where all the yellow attaches to the existing white. That way the upholsterer would have the Yellow pieces for patterning the new colors from and once they were cut out all that would be required would be to stitch em back on. That could easily be done in a day. I'll work for $500 bucks profit all day long!!! Heck, rip em off, unstitch the yellow an mail em too me and I WILL do em for ya!!!!:D;)
