thanks guy

the problem n:eek: 1 is the weigth/power of course, it ain't a wakeboard boat.

unfortunately
the boats are not as cheap here in N-Europe as
overthere.

the fin may hurt the wake so I have to consider
between 4-blade and 13" pitch.

can you say anything general about the pitch
recommendations when moving on to 4-blader?

at ptprop.com they really have nice ones that sure
will help me but those are a bit expensive.

Low pitch 4-blades are hard to find, and generally are going to be specialty items as listed at ptprops.
You might want to consider a bow-lifter in 3-blade to keep the stearn down for better wake, only problem there is you may experience porpoise.
As for recommending a pitch for 4-blade, that's tough considering the variety of designs available. I think considering a good starting point with a minumum investment I'd go for a 13" pitch, as it could be reworked slightly in either direction. Remember a 4-blade is going to cost more initially, and will cost more to repair/rework.
I'll do some looking and see if I can recommend something..... :)

I cant help myself any longer!

Quote "Two Identical Props, one is 3blade, one is 4, which one is best?"

Hummmmm...... since one has an extra blade, they arent identical -- are they???? Lol!

And we gotta keep OBJ happy so here goes -- play with the X dimension. Raise the motor. At 5500 youre still lugging the motor -- slightly. Lets try to get 5800 with that four blade.

Im glad youre having fun!

Kalteri, if you return, let's start a new thread, as we are in the way of the topic discussion here. When you come back, start a new thread using "Prop help" as title, and I'll be looking for that, and maybe Dhadley will have a recommendation as well! :)
