Hello everyone. A beginner here. I have spent hours searching online and here in the forums and boats for sale trying to identify the model of this boat I just purchased. I have the pink slip, however, it just says "Sea Ray" and lists year as "0000". What I want to know is if one of you boat savvy persons can identify the model and year so I can download specs and learn more about it. Any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance.

You might try the SeaRay website and go to the archives and look at the older boats, a lot of that is just the old sales brochure, but may help.

This link will take you to the older stuff. Model Archives : Sea Ray Boats

Thanks nlain. I started to go the model archives, but without at least a model year, there are just too many so I thought I would try here in the meantime. -Ruben

Re: Trying to Identify This Sea Ray Boat

It looks like the boat I use to have up on Big Bear Lake Ca. It is a 1968 Searray SRV 187; 17 foot boat with a single axel. Super Trihull that if you fill the boat with water; it will not sink. However if left out in the rain, water will collect in the transom foam and become very heavy and slow in the water.

Why reply to an old thread when the OP got the answers he needed six months ago?
