congrats - looks to be a great shape! my suggestion is to make a few reminders to keep in the boat for the 1st several trips - like: turn the blower on, lower the outdrive into the water before starting, etc.
when you put a boat into gear, don't do it slowly - you should snap it into forward as this is better for the gears. If you hear alot of grinding you are doing it too slow.
Take it easy when you approach the dock - just idle speed and take it out of gear every few seconds so it comes in slowly. Nothing wrong with walking the boat up to the trailer too, it's harder to drive up on the trailer for a new boater. You'll find a spot that is the right depth for the trailer to be in to get the boat on - usually to where you still see the top 1/4 of the fenders. Oh and I always suggest water shoes when cranking it up on the trailer - those ramps get very slippery as the season goes on.
Also remind yourself to raise the outdrive before pulling the boat out of the water. You don't want to drag it up the ramp - everyone has done it once and it's no fun.
