I took my boat down to the ramp the other day to see if my envirude would fire up. It is a 1984 25hp envinrude. Well it was in neutral when I backed it down. Then after it wouldn't start I was just messing around checking things and I noticed that I could no longer move it into gear. After pulling it out I moved the prop slightly by hand and was able to put into gear no problem. Well then I put it back in neutral and moved the prop slightly and again it wouldn't budge. Is this normal?
