trouble getting reverse.

me again on same ? as earlier if i take cover off rad. can i see the water flowing. i have hot water coming out the back when i put hose on and when i touch rad it is hot, even with water off and bottom end in bucket water coming out the back so not really sure if i am running off close system or fresh water system

i will get pic today but when running was not draining tub so figured must of put impeller in backwards when i took off bottom end water was present, there should be no water in bottom end is that correct or does some get into bottom end but not gear case

i see y it is not pumping the hole in water pump is out of round, what did i forget to install or i installed wrong to make it go out of round hoping it is a bushing somewhere.
