Cadet, Those little plastic things/bubbles are not fuses but fuseless breakers (like the breakers in your house). As these breaker trip, they pop-out, or extend. To reset, just push those little plastic things until the red sticks inside the little plastic things retrack and that should solve your problem. Be advised that if they continue to trip, something bad like a short circuit is happening, and you need to check out the component more indepth. Hope this helps. Kahuku
