I am looking to purchase a center console. I have found one that I really like. It is a,

2006 Trophy 1903 CC Center Console.

2006 Mercury 150 V6 97 hours on the engine

Hardtop.

$15,400

Boat looks to be in great shape.

Is this a good deal?

Is this a good boat?

How does it compare to a similar Key West or Mako?

Welcome to iboats!

NADA would say the price is too high, but NADA is only a VERY rough estimate. Location has a lot to with it.

hard top? you mean hard t-top? Assuming condition checks out, not bad. I understand new Mako's, unlike old ones, are not very good any more.

I fished on a new Mako last year. They are now built by Tracker Marine if that tells you anything ;)

Re: Trophy 1903 CC Center Console

Thanks for the post regarding that Mako boats are now made by Tracker Marine. Since I do not know, would that mean that possibly Tracker boats are not as well made as Mako used to be? Also explains why Makos are now sold at Bass Pro shop.

I have made some research regarding the Trophy boats and even though they look so good they are made by Bayliner, which has never been known to make good boats. Also JD Power ranks Trophy on the bottom of their list. Century is ranked just below Grady White.

Any thoughts on used Century boats?
