I have a Trophy 1802 with a 115 hp 4-stroke Merc. I have a drain that is clogged in a stringer that is midship. The section under the fish well is collecting water. I cannot find a good way to clear the drain in that stinger as I find it almost impossible to find the drain using a drain snake. I am starting to wonder if it was ever clear as I took out about 12 gallons of water using a wet vac..

I'm having the same problem. Did you have any luck fixing it?

Thx!

I have a 2004 1802 ,The problem that I"ve had a couple of times is at the rear bilge pump, the left or the right side drains will get clogged with something and that compartment will fill up with water, then it will overflow into the mid section of theboat under the fuel tank and fish box, eventually it will find its way into the berth and get allthe carpeting wet.
bad design that it will overflow up front instead of into rear bilge area.

I cleared the limber holes and did everything else I could think of with no success on our 1802. You might just as well learn to live with a little water in the bilge...and the fact that the floor in the cuddy will eventually get soft. It's just the nature of the beast.

What year is your boat? Did you call Trophy? One thing you can do is go to Home Depot, and rent the seesnake. It cost about $15 for 4 hours. It's a color TV camera on a fiber optic tube that is about 2' cable. If you can get a small hole to slide this into, you might see the problem.

I had a problem years ago with a Sea Ray when chipmunks and mice got up under my floor and filled it up with twigs and acorns.
