Trolling motor wiring

I just purchased a used 2004 Suntracker Fishing Barge.
It has an electric tolling motor. But, the previous owner never used it.
I believe it's supposed to hook to the bow of the boat.
But, I don't see any wires to connect it.
Where should I be looking?

Or would it be better to add a second battery?
