As the owner of 3 horses, I agree.

No rest is part of the challenge. The Great one somehow make it happen.



Yeah, no different than making men, women and child work forced labor camps.....

Obviously never been around retired race horses. They are used, abused and but away wet. Most are crippled and retired by the age of 4-5.
A very cruel sport from the animal's perspective.

#1. A little hyperbole perhaps? Of course its different.
#2. I have some horse experience but none with race horses. The horses I have been around have always been well taken care of and valued highly.
#3. I don't know the horse's perspective but since you have experience with them I'll concede that your guess is better than mine.

CC just wan't in the same class as previous TC winners...no need to restructure the event...leave it alone or you'll tarnish the great history behind all those previous winners....

Interesting...I read a thread that if Secretariat would've run the Belmont....he'd won by 22 lengths (based upon his posted times when he won)
