<br /><br />You'd have to disassemble it to get it all. There is no drain. You can come close by removing the manual relief valve and tilting the motor up and down manually to empty the cylinders, and by operating the trim button up and down to empty the pump. That's a real back-breaker unless you have a way to tilt it mechanically such as with a winch or jack, etc. Devise a deflector, it'll squirt pretty far.
