Thanks to those of you that replied . I got the manual bypass valve in record time from i boats and pulled the old one out and found that the small o ring had busted . So that was probably the problem with the tilt not staying up . Oh well I check it off as a learning exsperience.So far it's working well and plan on going fisshing tomarrow.
