Trim Tab Anode on 1971 Merc 500

Ok what can of bolt is that on the trim tab anode for the 1971 Merc 500. It is not Allen head, like my 1968. I thinking it is a 12 point head, if that is so then what size is it?

Yep, its a 7/16" 12pt.
