Hey guys! I have been reading a lot about trim relays lately.

These relays are standard parts and can be purchased at electrical supply stores or Grainger for about $17. So, if a marina is not convenient, you need not worry.

Personally, I get mine out of the auto junkyard. They are in Buicks and other GM cars. They vary by case type but the internal wiring and relay arrangement is molded into the top. I just cut them out, base and all, leaving a 6 to 8 inch pigtail for use in rewiring. Get a couple of extras for learning purposes.

The ones in the Buicks are quite nice because they have a waterproof receptacle and case. If you want to use them in the Force, use a fine screwdriver to remove the waterproofing gaskets and probe into the receptacle and release the terminations. I have retrofit all my Force and Chrysler engines with these units.
