The only way we got the motor to run was actually off of the solenoids/tank and directly hooked to a battery via blue and green wires.....we then reassembled everything and were back to the clicking noise that we originally heard.

replace the solenoids

or...

try rapidly clicking the switch to try and unstick the solenoids - see it all the time

Ayuh,... That's why ya gotta diagnose the circuit from begining to end...
If it's Clickin',... Some of it's workin'...

Wherever you Loose it, that's the Problem piece...

If new solenoids are needed can I get those at auto parts store or small engine store?
