I have a 1987 Evinrude 60 vro and the trim/tilt are working perfectly but i can't seem to get the gauge to work. It is a brand new gauge that has a ground wire and a send wire coming to it from the motor, and then a jump from the send wire to the ignition location on the gauge. this is the way the old gauge was rigged so i didn't know any other way. Any suggestions would be welcome!!
