Sorry for all the newbie questions everyone but it seems used boats=minor repairs. This was posted along with my other post about the shifting.

I went by at lunch and looked at it and this is what I came up with. When I push the flip switch down, I can hear the switch kick but nothing happens. I took off the cover and switched the two on the Bosh fuse blocks and the same thing, just click.

Can someone point me in the next direction for tracking down the problem?

The motor has a leak down issue too so once I release the motor it will release to a position where I can still drive it, I just can't trim it out too well.

Thanks

Have you checked the fluid level?
What happens when you flip the switch up?
Did it ever work? Or is this a new to you motor?

ended up being a bad wire connection to one of the two relays.

haven't checked the fluid level yet.. everything is new to me..lol. I got a Force manual and I plan on going through it next week and checking everything out before I break down.
